Alicia and Carl are chess champions of the world. Okay, I don’t know about champions of the world but they play competitively which means they’re REALLY good. With a guest list of under 50, this was my most intimate wedding to date. Although we didn’t get the crazy dancing (usually accompanied by the crazy drinking 
) – I got to know a lot of people on a one-on-one basis which was really nice. You can never go wrong when you’re accompanied by good people and good food.

I attended the WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) Convention in Las Vegas this week! I go mainly to soak in all the information and knowledge that is offered through their classes. I figure if I take away one thing that makes my photography or my business or me better, then it would all have been worth it.
So, we return from Las Vegas tomorrow with a little more knowledge and $2.50 in slot machine winnings.
