I attended the WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) Convention in Las Vegas this week! I go mainly to soak in all the information and knowledge that is offered through their classes. I figure if I take away one thing that makes my photography or my business or me better, then it would all have been worth it.
So, we return from Las Vegas tomorrow with a little more knowledge and $2.50 in slot machine winnings.

Our baby boy was born on April 17, 2009 weighing 9 lbs, 6 oz after 45 hours of labor! I have to say parenthood is not easy! My husband and I have been peed and pooped on and are sleep deprived ~ but it’s been totally worth it!
I am still fully booked for 2009 and am holding off on booking for 2010 until we get settled in a bit. I apologize if I have not returned any e-mails for the time being ~ we’ve had our hands full!
I’m 32 weeks pregnant! and things are going really well. My husband and I are preparing for the baby – just 8 more weeks to go!

My husband and I will be going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday but once we are back, my “pregnancy vacation” is over and it’s back to business!
I’ll be revamping my website & portfolio and including a calendar of my availability.
On a personal note, we are having a baby BOY in April!!!

My husband and I are thrilled to announce that we will be expecting our first child in April 2009! So far, I’ve had a good share of morning (and night) sickness but thankfully things are easing up!

I just finished my first full year of photographing weddings and I have had such a great time doing it! I’ve been very lucky to have truly amazing clients and even luckier to have had the opportunity to photograph their weddings.
2007 has allowed me to develop my creative style as an artist and has allowed me to grow my business. With that said, I’ve been working hard on a new website with a look that reflected who I am as a photographer: clean, modern, and elegant.
I’ve already photographed my first two weddings of the year (congratulations to Peggy & Jimmy and Tobie & Aaron!) and I can’t wait to experience the rest of 2008!
